Position available:
Administrative Assistant
Part-time. Year-Round. 15-25 hours a week (with chance this may increase over time or develop into full time as needed) M-F during regular business hours.

$20/hr to start -- with potential for raises
Location: ColoradoCool Warehouse - Grand Junction, CO

Common duties you may include in your job description are:

Working closely with owners to assist with daily administrative tasks

Answering phones and greeting visitors (usually just delivery drivers)

Checking emails and communicating with customers
-
Assisting with exchanges and returns
-
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
-
Preparing sales reports, writing instructional documents
-
Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
-
Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
-
Performing data entry and analysis
-
Assisting with event planning and coordination
-
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-

Qualifications:
-
2+ years of prior experience providing executive or administrative support strongly preferred
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Excel, Sheets, Google apps
-
Proficiency in Quickbooks preferred
-
Proficiency in Shopify preferred but not required
-
Retail experience preferred but not required
We're looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, friendly, willing to adapt and jump from task to task and willing to learn. Someone with prior secretarial job experience preferred.
