Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on all In-State Orders over $30, and $5 flat-rate out of state shipping. Free Out-Of-State Shipping over $75. If you would like to send internationally or expedite your shipping, other options will be available for purchase.

Please note: USPS has been encountering some shipping delays due to COVID-19. We ship out as soon as possible; but once it leaves our hands we cannot guarantee arrival time. Please make sure to place your orders as far in advance as possible to avoid any holiday delays. 

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

As of July 1, 2022, The Colorado Department of Revenue implemented a new non-refundable $0.27 delivery fee that ColoradoCool Apparel is required to collect on shipments to an address in Colorado. The fee is collected once per order and will be reflected on your order confirmation email. Qualifying requests for refunds will be processed minus the non-refundable delivery fee.

Eco-friendly & recyclable shipping materials

All of our orders are shipped in a custom-designed recyclable black cardboard box with eco-friendly tape. Our custom tape is made from a kraft paper to make recycling your boxes easier. Since our products are not fragile and the box is very sturdy, we do not use any plastic wrapping or bubble wrap of any kind. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times and pricing can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ColoradoCool Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
